"What's a gourmet buffet?" you ask. Imagine, if you will, a cheap, run-down Chinese Buffet. It's the kind that serves cold mashed potatoes, kung pao chicken, green jello, and unwrapped Twinkies all in a row. Quite an assortment, and definitely not Chinese.
I'd like to compare my site to such an establishment. It's got an assortment of stuff that really doesn't go well together. But I'd like to think my site's content is a bit better than green jello, hence the name Gourmet Buffet. Simple, right?
